Sven Hauch | Founder and Partner
Sven Hauch specialises on traditional industry segments such as engineering, logistics and manufacturing. Within Blue Ribbon Partners he looks after operations, finance and leads projects in change management, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence work etc. Before starting Blue Ribbon Partners he worked in commercial banking and management consulting. He is a trained banker („Bankkaufmann“) and holds a degree in business administration from the University of Bayreuth (“Diplomkaufmann“) where he was also responsible for setting-up the renowned Bayreuth Environmental Initiative. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
Marco Janezic | Founder and Partner
Marco Janezic concentrates on the media and finance. Within Blue Ribbon Partners he looks after new business development and strategy. He has expertise in project management, business planning, fundraising, buy-out structuring and strategic re-positioning. He previously worked in investment banking and management consulting and holds a masters degree in “physics and philosophy” from the University of Oxford. He is fluent in German, English and Slovene and sits on the Board of the British Chamber of Commerce in Bavaria and heads the Bavarian Chapter of the Oxford Alumni Society.
Arnd Petmecky | Partner
Arnd Petmecky is Partner at Blue Ribbon Partners. As an executive in companies such as Deutsche Telekom AG, Mannesmann and Krupp he accumulated deep know-how of the processes of innovation, growth and change within complex organizations. He gained his expertise in the services sector and in consulting during his time at A.T. Kearney and as an interim manager in several executive and managerial positions. After civilian service he became a trained commodity trader. He spent time in South Africa and the US trading before he successfully studied business administration and management at the University Bayreuth and the University of Michigan. In addition, he is author and lecturer at the University Oldenburg, where he took part in the development of the first Management-Consulting master’s program. Arnd Petmecky is fluent in both German and English.
Ludwig Preller | Partner
Ludwig Preller is Partner at Blue Ribbon Partners. Prior to this employment at Blue Ribbon CleanTech he was working at a Venture Capital company. After his degree in business administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich (LMU) he gained an additional “Technology Management” degree at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). At Blue Ribbon Partners his focus is management of corporate investments and transactions and specifically the future-oriented cleantech sector. In the past years he has gained extraordinary personal experience and expertise in these fields. Ludwig Preller is fluent in German, English and French.
Dr. Fabian Seul | Partner
Fabian Seul is Managing Partner at Blue Ribbon CleanTech. Prior to Blue Ribbon CleanTech he was working for a Corporate Finance Advisory focusing on Central and Eastern Europe and was responsible for renewable energy transactions. Fabian Seul also worked in the financial sector in Chicago, London and Munich. At Blue Ribbon CleanTech his industry focus is the renewable energy sector. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Bayreuth and a PhD in finance from RWTH-Aachen University. He further studied at the Paris-Sorbonne University and EDHEC Business School in Nice. He is fluent in German and English and proficient in French.
